My name is Nikko Farmer and I am a Registered Nurse and Dialysis Instructor. I am Masters prepared with more than 20 years of nursing experience. In my career, I have served as a dialysis nurse in the chronic and acute care areas as well as an Assistant Facility Administrator and a Facility Administrator.
Additionally, I have a background in Learning & Development with my experience being in working with adult learners. I have developed training programs and supporting modules, processes, and policies as well as served as the subject matter expert on various projects.

Sharon has worked in healthcare for major medical centers for over 20 years. She has a master’s degree in public health from Saint Louis University. As an Infection Prevention Specialist, she has worked closely with acute and chronic dialysis units. She is a caregiver to her father with Alzheimer’s and is passionate about helping others.
